Battery losing charge within hours of a 100% charge status

This week my Alta HR battery has been draining quick.  Today it’s gone from a 100% charge to 20% in 4 hours. This can’t be right!! Any suggestions please?

I noticed when I put it on charge for the second time this morning that the two green lights on the back of the watch we’re always on. That might be the root cause of the battery drain but not sure how to address this?
