Bafttery life no longer shows on Fitbit face when I  press the button

Which tracker are you currently using? If you're using a Charge 2, please make sure to update the app as we have released a new version recently and then go to Account > Charge 2 > Menu Items and make sure the checkbox next to Battery is enabled. Make sure to sync your tracker after any changes have been made. Also, please remember that Battery is the last item on the menu and you need to press the button several times for it to show.
