Battery not lasting

Since 2.25 was loaded, my Flex (v81) battery life is barely 1 day, it used to be 6-7. No all day sync and only steps alarm. Had considerable battery use even while sleeping. Have reset the Flex numerous times. Anyone with similar symptoms?

It's great to see you around @Rod77. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Your Fitbit Flex battery can last up to 5 days. Because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary. These tips might help when you want to prioritize battery life:

  • Each alarm reduces battery life by small percentage. To maximize battery life, consider setting fewer alarms.
  • Frequently tapping your tracker to check your goal progress may reduce the battery life.
  • If you're syncing with an Android device, the Always Connected option may reduce battery life.
  • If you're syncing with any Fitbit app, the All-Day sync option may reduce battery life.
  • Charging your tracker in extreme heat or cold may reduce battery life.

If you keep seeing that your battery is not lasting the time it should, feel free to contact our support team, I know they will be more than glad to help.

I have taken those steps and the battery won't even last through the night. All since the iOS 2.25 App update on 7/20/2016. I am actively pursuing the issue with support. My Flex is not old, started using it on 11/25/2015.
