Every time I play the bingo game it never matches the amount of steps or other info that I have actually achieved .... I have deleted the app and redownloaded it and still have the same problem

I had a similar problem where I would sync my Fitbit and the dashboard would update, but not the challenge. Eventually it did after I restarted the app a few time and then shut my phone down for a few minutes and I think that worked.

 

Recently I've noticed that the app seems to be very buggy, so that may have something to do with it.
