Black Screen

The screen on my charge 5 is black, I can’t see anything. I’ve tried EVERYTHING that was suggested with zero success. It’s not even syncing with my iPhone. When bought to the attention of Fitbit helpline, they suggest I purchase a new one after I followed all suggestions!!!  Absolutely no interest at all. Its only 14 months old!! I’m so disappointed. Anyone have any other suggestions, aside from purchasing a new smart watch? Thank you in advance.
