Blank screen on Fitbit app

Turned on my Fitbit app on my phone this morning, the icon showed as loading then all I got was a blank screen with "fitbit" at the top.  Any ideas how to fix this please?  I've tried turning phone on and off, turned wifi on and off, turned bluetooth on and off and reloaded the app numerous times with no success.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend giving a minute or two for the app to load. If this doesn't help, please uninstall the app, restart your phone and install the app. 

 

By the way, I've moved your post to iOS App board so we can keep our forums organized.
