Blaze Set UP

I just got the Fitbit Blaze and am trying to set it up to my iphone. After I hit "set up" it just says "loading" it has been like this for over an hour. I have tried restarting my phone and turning on and off my bluetooth but nothing is working. I tried calling costumer service but was on hold for about 30 minutes and now I think they are closed for the weekend. I already have a Charge HR set up to my account but I don't think that should be interferring at all! Any advice helps!

Hello and welcome to the forums @chloflit

 

Actually, do get the ChargeHR out of range while setting up your Blaze. About twenty-five feet ought to have it far enough to get your Blaze going.

 

I just checked and phone support will be open in the morning.

 

Try again, from the beginning to set up your Blaze as a new device and see if you can get it to work.
