Blaze is not syncing properly with iPhone / iOS11

Blaze wouldn’t sync over the weekend so I thought it might be because of the new iOS update so I updated my phone last night but it still won’t sync. Also not holding it’s charge! And just noticed on here it’s put I posted this yesterday when I’m fact I posted it this morning!!!

Going through the trouble shooting and found out that my Blaze isn’t connected to Bluetooth on my phone & it can’t find it! Help I don’t know where to go from here! Should I remove & connect Blaze again or something else? Thanks in advance 😊

Hello @Squindles, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

Have you updated the OS on your phone and the Fitbit app recently? Have you restarted your phone and your Blaze by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? If so, my best recommendation would be setting up your Blaze as a new device to reset the connection between your tracker and your phone. Don't worry, none of the information already stored in your account will be deleted.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

I had to charge my blaze again as it was showing as no charge left even though I changed it yesterday. Once charged I reset it & it synced! Just hope that solves the battery problem as well. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated 😊
