My Blaze keeps repeatedly vibrating and popping up the "Notifications-Off/On" screen which drains the battery.
I've tried restarting and removing/adding it to my iPhone. Any ideas?

Hi @jpkc97. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for letting me know about the notification displayed on your Blaze, as well for the steps that you've tried prior posting. Just to confirm does this happen after getting any notification (call, messages or app)? Do you remember since when this started to happen?
Although you've tried troubleshooting it, please give a try to the following:
- Remove the Blaze from the Bluetooth settings.
- Reboot your phone and restart your Blaze one more time.
- Set up the notifications one more time.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi, thanks for replying. This started a couple of weeks ago, before I updated my phone to IOS 13. I just followed your steps and am already receiving the random notification pop ups. Please advise.

FYI I removed that device from my app today since it completely drained the
battery last night. I added an older model that I have which I replaced due
to a cracked screen. So far it has worked fine and not given me the
notification popup once. Therefore I'm sure it's the device with the issue.

Hi @jpkc97. It's great to see you here again.
You're welcome, and thanks to you for sharing more details about this situation. You did a good job with the troubleshooting steps posted above. It's seems odd that you're getting this issue on the replacement Blaze and since we've exhausted our steps, I've requested a case on your behalf so our Support team can give you a hand. Keep an eye on your inbox.
Hope to see you around more often.
