Hello @Jas6761, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

If your Blaze is not able to sync, please try the following:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if Blaze is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Restart your tracker by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  4. Plug in your tracker and make sure it's charging
  5. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  7. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

I am having pretty much the same problem, except that everything syncs except heart rate.  If I have the heart rate set to Auto, it won't read the heart rate on the FitBit Blaze.  If I have it set to On, it shows a reading of 70 bpm, never changing and still won't sync to my iPhone.  I have followed the directions above without resolution.

My Blaze will not sync to my iPhone. I am on ios 10.3.3. The last successful sync was in June. I have followed all the suggested steps I have found: Restarted the phone, restarted the Blaze, removed the Blaze from fitbit app. I cannot remove it from listed bluetooth devices because it does not show up there. Your post does not say what to do in that instance...Now that I removed it from fitbit app, I cannot add it back as it cannot find it. Please help!
