And if the app also won’t sync to the Fitbit blaze?

@Mspink81 Welcome to the Fitbit family! I moved your post to the iOS App Board as you will find more answers to your inquiry here.

 

If your Fitbit Blaze is not syncing with the iOS Fitbit app; the best thing to do is to follow these syncing troubleshooting steps for iOS devices. That should certainly help you out with this.
