Blaze will not work

My blaze will not move past the set-up screen (simply referencing a website), my iPhone 6 cannot find it--I have reset my phone.  I have tried adjusting the bluetooth, I have turned off wi-fi.  I have removed the app and added it back on.  No luck.  Please help!

First let's install the app again, and do a restart of the Blaze.

I wpuld then do a restart of the phone,  if that doesn't fix it check out the troubleshooting tips here.
