Blootooth issues

Downloaded Fitbit app to my iPad can't sync as it says Bluetooth not switched on however it is. Any advice as to how to rectify this? Thanks

Hi @Mfaw67. Sorry about the problem but happy you found us here. Here are a couple things to try:

  1. Open the Bluetooth settings on your iPad. Is the Fitbit listed?  If yes, go back to your wifi settings and turn off wifi. Give it a couple minutes, then turn it back on and try to sync again.
  2. We seem to be surrounded by Bluetooth devices. Go into a room that has NO OTHER bluetooth devices and try to sync there.

And finally, it often helps to reset your Fitbit device. Tap here for instructions.
