Bluetooth headset lowers volume after voice cues.

I am using iPhone 6s updated to 11.0.3. Using Plantronics Bluetooth headset. I wear a Surge.

I use the fitbit app to track my outdoor runs. I use the iPhone music on shuffle.

Since the IOS 11.0.0 update, right after the voice que in fitbit comes on the volume of the music goes to 0. I have to tap the headset volume 3 times to get it back to hear the music and que voice again. I have shut off/restart the surge, shut down the iPhone and re-installed the headset.

I was hoping the updates since 11.0.0 this problem would be fixed but it is the same. Any ideas what to do? or when this issue will be fixed?

Thank you

I now have IOS 11.1 and fitbit 34.6.1. The problem has not been fixed for the Bluetooth going to 0 volume after hearing the voice que.
Thank youDebbie
