Really at my wits end here. I understand that there has been some sort of solve for the Blaze ios10.2 issues (a formwear issue?), so I followed the following steps:
forget blaze in my Bluetooth settings
turn off phone bluetooth
Erase app
reinstall app
turn Bluetooth back on
Now my phone is not even finding my Blaze! What a piece of junk. At what point can I get my money back and go buy the Apple Watch that I really want?!

Hello @Lizinprogress, it's nice to see you around.
Thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. The Fitbit trackers don't link directly through the Bluetooth on your phone, they pair to the Bluetooth using the Fitbit app. Having tried some steps, I would like to suggest the following:
Please note the update began rolling out on December 20, 2016 and all customers can expect to receive it soon, if you're still not able to see the pink arrow, you will soon.
Thank you for your patience and understanding, keep me posted in case you need anything else!

I have been trying to update my Blaze for 2 days now. It gets half way though the update then stops... still working all the kinks out?? Very frustrating!

Hello there,
i have the pink arrow to update but everytime I press update fracker and then the screen pops up to say ' this will take 5-10 minutes ' it seems to load for a little while then disappears. I have tried to update the tracker over 10 times and this happens every time. I have restarted my tracker many times, turned my Bluetooth on and off etc nothing seems to be working?

I am having a similar issue. I followed the recommended prompt, and each step did not resolve the problem. I tried updating the device, and that would not work. I also uninstalled the device from the app, and in attempts to reinstall the device to my IOS app, it will not reinstall.
