Bluetooth is absolutely shocking on this device no matter what I do it won’t connect very very very annoyed!!!!!!!!!

Your posts were merged and moved into the iOS area. You can find more information in this article - click to go there. You need a minimum of iOS 13 and the bluetooth is used, but the device actually pairs to the email address you used to set up. As for a refund, where did you purchase it? Each retailer has a specific time frame in which to return for a refund.

I have iOS 15 I’ve verified via email no matter what I do the device will not sync to my phone I got new Bluetooth earphones today they work just fine I’ve never had any problems with Bluetooth until this device
I bought it from very I’ll ring them tomorrow luckily I took insurance out too
