The Bluetooth of my Surge stopped working after approx. 5 Month. Sync to my iPhone 6-plus not working anymore, neither with iPad pro. Tried all the suggestions of the Forum, it seems Bluetooth is dead.Downloded the app again, removed the watch from the app, with the result the IPhone doesn't find the watch anymore, no pairing. I don't know if this falls under guarantee?? The wristband starts to breaking as well and the display was also much better in the beginning, it has now some lightspots when the backlight goes on! I liked the app as a motivator, but without syncing the watch is for throwing away.

@Walter42 Welcome to the Community! Thank you for the details and the troubleshoot you've tried. The best thing to do right now is to contact customer support so they will check what options they have for you. You may want to check the Fitbit Warranty .
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

Thank You for Your advice, but I bought the Surge on Nov 6 2015 in MacStore Panama, the Guarantee expired Feb 4 2016, so I forget it, send it to the garbage and will buy the new Apple iOSWatch arriving in Fall. Apple has a perfect after sale service. So my Surge goes into the garbage. Quality/Price for the Apple Watch is much cheaper in the long run!!! Fitbit Surge I paid US$ 299.00 for 9 month, this is very very expensive!
