Have you already set up your tracker using your phone or computer? If so, please remember that it's possible your phone won't show up the tracker in the list of paired devices on your Bluetooth settings as the bond is made when you set up Notifications. Nevertheless, the tracker will still sync and update.
If your tracker is already paired to your account, and is unable to sync, please restart it one more time, then leave it plugged in and make sure it's charging. Then try to update it again using the Fitbit app on your phone, a pink banner will indicate an update is pending, tap on it to start the process.
