Just got my new Alta today. Didn't come with Dongle - so come on Fitbit, don't leave instructions with something needed that you claim come with a product and then it doesn't.
But my iphone will not pair with the Alta. It keeps "searching." I've turned Bluetooth off and on. I've tried closing the Fitbit app, nothing.
This'll be my 3rd Fitbit, and I've had issues with each one. Help!

The dongle is only for those with a desktop computer that doesn't have bluetooth. My older Windows 8.1 uses a dongle.
Have you tried logging into your account? Be sure no other bluetooth devices are on when you do this.
Let us know what happens.

I've just got Alta and it says charge and tap screen to switch on but it won't switch on when I tap screen. Cannot sync it to my account??????
