Brand new Flex won't connect with my app ... Help

So I've googled, looked on Facebook and here and have done what people suggest and it's still not working, I go to set it up and it doesn't get any further than searching for device, so disappointed as wanted one for ages and finally get one and it won't work 😩

Let me help you out, I recommend you doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row,  then take a look at this article in order to set it up.
