We just got a brand-new aria air scale. I set it up and it works great go to my app on my iPhone everything syncs up no problem. I sent the invitation to my wife and she loaded it on her phone stepped on the scale got an error message in the app not the scale (it showed weight fine). We have installed reinstalled, sinker, re-sync, resent everything you can think about and nothing seems to work the same error message every time. Can anyone help?

Now
if you click now all it does is say you need an invitation which we’ve done multiple times.
So frustrating never had so much trouble with a fit bit product!
