Broken HR counting steps but not syncing

My screen to my charge HR is completely cracked and I have already contacted customer support tonrecoeve my replacement. In the mean time this fitbit is working and counting my steps and working but will not sync with the app is there anyway to correct this. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Rmoore035. It's great to have you here. I'm sorry to hear about your damaged Fitbit Charge HR. I'm pretty sure Customer Support will get in touch as soon as possible. If you consider the problem is just related to your tracker's display you can try @DerrickS's troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues with iOS mobile devices. Hope this helps.
