Bug? All-day sync setting between two devices is shared

Hi,

I have Fitbit Flex and Charge HR. On my iOS app when I go into one of the device settings, I can enable/disable all-day sync. But it seems like this setting is shared between both devices. I.e. if I change it for Flex, it also changes for Charge HR. I'm guessing it is either a bug or the setting simply shouldn't be under specific device settings but on the page listing profile and all devices.

Hello

I have the Alta HR & I purchased the Charge 3 for my husband. I’ve set up the Charge 3 on my iPhone7 & my steps & notifications are coming up on my husbands fitbit. I’ve turned off notifications & went through the setup process again but it is still happening.

How can we fix this?

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. Please note that if your phone Notifications are reaching your husband's tracker, go to your phone Settings > Bluetooth Settings and make sure his device has been removed from the list of paired devices. Then, go to the Fitbit app and check that your device appears under your name when you tap on Account. Then, check the same on your husband's phone, make sure your device is not on the list of paired devices on his phone and that only his device appears under his name on the Fitbit app.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome!
