CANT sync, and now I can't log in to my account as well

Please help me and my Fitbit blaze

 

I started off by having difficulties syncing, I tried reboot, reinstall the app, turning on and off Bluetooth, eventually it worked after I reset my Bluetooth device and "forget this device"

 

however, When I open it next, it won't discover my Fitbit. Reboot everything again and it finally detect my Fitbit. but while setting up the device it shows "request forbidden" 

 

again i I reboot everything including deleting the app, but now I can try even log in into my account. Keep asling me to check my email n password which was absolutely correct. I can connect on my computer.

 

I've tried connecting to my mac book before but it didn't work..

I wish I could tell you exactly how to fix it.  My wife's Charge 2 finally had the device update pushed to it last night. I had it a week ago.  Her tracker wouldn't sync since the iOS app was updated on or around Dec 10.  I tried all the various "tricks" to get hers to take the update.  After roughly an hour and a half and three different devices last night it finally took. Some data was lost in the process but after going through and re-setting everything up yet again it has has synced all day and seems ok now.  All I can say is keep trying. I did the 'forget this device' in Bluetooth settings 3,4,5 times on various devices, both Apple and Android, and kept trying to re-pair her tracker over and over again.  Logging in and out of the app(s), replace your tracker, pretty much every option until one finally took.  I consider myself lucky that it finally took and hope like hell I didn't just jinx her (not really superstitious) but it's been 23 hours so far and it seems solid......at this moment.  Good luck
