CHARGE HR on iPhone 6s won't show call notifications

Have checked and apparently the iphone 6s is supposed to be compatible.  My os system is 9.2.1 and the fitbit app is also up to date at 2.19 version. Can't seem to pair my charge with the iphkone 6s.

(Husband has an iphone 6 and his shows call notifications).  Checked fitbit suggestions, did a chargeHR restart, turned blue tooth off and on.   Got fitbit as a gift in July 2015, just got the new phone last week. Need some help with this fitbit problem please and thanks.

@compuart Welcome to the Fitbit Community! The iPhone 6s is compatible with call notifications. Try to do each of these troubleshooting steps for iOS devices. It should show the calls after doing that.

Hi I did everything; however in Notifications, the Charge HR just keeps going in circles and doesn't seem to want to pair with the iphone.

 

Have rebooted the charge also.

 

So it still doesn't show calls.
