I have read all the other forums regarding notifications and have done all the recommendations and it still isn’t working. I received this as a gift last Christmas and notifications only worked for about the first month. Very frustrating. Any new suggestions out there?

Hi @Mholb - more information is required if you require help, such as watch and firmware level, also Fitbit App version, steps you tried in case something got overlooked.
While there are issues with the new Fitbit App, this may not be the main issue as that only started in September and won't explain the problems in the period from February.

@Mholb - did you pull down on the clock watch face and turn off all the icons? This should remove sleep and do not disturb which will stop notifications.
Also did you hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start and logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone? This should help with syncing that can also be an issue.
