Hi,
My iOS app used to change the amount of calories I could eat dependent on my activity during the day. So if I completed a lot of exercise, it would factor that in to allow me to eat a little bit more (e.g. A calorie deficit of 1000 calories of the amount of calories burnt). However now it sticks to one amount (e.g. 1800 calories), how do I go about changing it to a 1000 calorie deficit again (I've tried resetting my goals).
thanks

Hi, @Kieran_y_, I think you are talking about the "personalized" vs "sedentary" setting on your Food Plan. Under "personalized" you "earn" extra calories through the day depending on how active you are.
This is not a setting you can change on your app, but you can on your web based dashboard. Choose the knife and fork icon, and then "see more". On the next screen under "food plan" click on the gear icon and you will see somethng that matches the picture I have shared.
You can also change your calorie deficit goal there, or on your app. On your app choose Account and scroll down to Nutrition and Body. On the next screen choose "food" and follow the screens to set your calorie deficit goal.

I hope this gives you the information you need. Welcome to the forums!

Okay going by the weight given by the VA is it is determined that I be at 2000 calories a day according to my weight. So you saying how much excercise I do per day my calories increases.
