Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I have been experiencing this problem for many weeks. I go into the goal change area and change my calorie goal to 1500 calories. I sync my Alta and then it changes back to the number I change it from, 2274

Hi there @radioactive200, good to see you again. In order to change your calories goal, you need to access to your Account Tab on the Fitbit app for iOS the Goals section, you can modify your goals for different stats.

If the issue persists when you do this, make sure you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app, which for iOS is 2.28. If the app is on the most recent version, I recommend to try the following suggestion:

1. Log our from the app and double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app and try again.

(If the issue persists, repeat the same process but restart your phone, instead of just closing the app)

As a workaround you can change your goals through the web-based Dashboard. If you need more information on how to do this, take a look to the following post.

Keep me posted how it goes, I'll be here for anything else.
