Calorie log gone using iOS phone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've been very diligent about adding my food intake to my tracker.  Last night I wanted to add a drink that I had and all the meals that I've added this week are gone. The specific food that I've saved are gone too.

Moderator edit: Clarified subject. I have moved your post to the iOS App board to increase the chance of getting a response.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to see you around @MlinziHeart

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, I appreciate those details. I've checked with our team and apparently this is a known issue and Fitbit is working on a solution. Sorry about the inconvenience that you're having with your food logs. Apparently, this issue affects some Dashboards on iOS devices with the Update 2.33 and above and some others look just fine.

I'd like to let you know that our team is working hard on a fix. These types of errors are very unpredictable, sometimes the solution is very simple and other times the solution takes more time to develop. In the mean time please try to add your food logs on the Fitbit.com Dashboard > Clicking on Log > Food. Thanks a million for your patience!

I'll be around if you have more questions! Woman Happy
