When I go to the food section on the Fitbit app, I am shown how many calories I have eaten vs how many calories I have put out. Next to this data is a gas tank symbol. I can not figure out what this means. Do you know? Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Joe608. You might be referring to the calories In vs Out symbol.

This meter gives you a look at where you are for the current time of day. This will continually update depending on the food logged and your activity level. More information about how this works can be find in the help article How do I monitor my progress.

Additionally, I just found this great explanation about how the meter works provided by @SebringDon.

I moved this thread to the iOS app board because it is more related to the topic. Catch you later. Woman Very Happy
