Calories and active minutes disappearing?

My last two workouts have just randomly disappeared! 😞 I thought maybe it was something I had done on the first one so I just moved on but I just finished a 20 minute treadmill walk and saw the calories burned as well as active minutes for about 5 minutes then they disappeared and started back at 0. Anyone else having strange issues like this? I am using a 7 day old ionic with an iPhone 7 Plus.Thanks.-Joshua

Started seeing the same thing yesterday. There are active minutes on the Blaze, but when I synch to the iPhone X, (iOS 11.4.1, FitBit app updated 8/9/2018) the minutes disappear from the watch the app reads "0." Started 8/13 and has persisted./

Ugh, I really hope this is resolved soon. I really count on my Fitbit to help me with my weight loss and health.
