Calories aren't saving during the week

For some reason my calories sync for the day and I see them on the app, but when I check back the next day, all of my calories for the whole week say 1400 and my activity on the chart is a stagnant line. Why is this happening?! I'm trying to keep track of how I'm doing during the week and I can't if it's just using a set number of calories when in reality I'm burning much more. At the end of the day the calories are correct and the next day they're back to 1400. Please help!!

@Mquinn

I assume you're talking about calories burned and not calories consumed? Can you post a screen shot of the chart that's showing calories for the whole week at 1400/day and a stagnant line?
