Calories burned on dashboard

I noticed this morning that my calories burned during my workout is way wrong ! 

I do the same exercise 5 days a week and it was clearing not right. Is there any way to correct this?

One way that the calories calculation can go haywire is when one or more of our profile settings for age, height, weight etc is accidentally changed. It's worth a quick check on yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
