Hello,
I have a Versa SE and everything was fine until yesterday evening sometime. I finished exercising about 6:30 and everything was fine, heart rate showed and exercise results were captured. Later at work, I noticed the heart rate monitor wasn't working. I walk a lot at work and I was watching the app, and I noticed that the calories burned would lower after syncing and no active minutes were showing at all. As of now, still no heart rate, active minutes, or anywhere near accurate calories burned. There was an app update I did yesterday, and I'm hoping this is the issue and will be corrected soon. Anyone else having this or similar issues?
Update: I bought a new Versa, not the SE this morning because the HR monitor on the one I had been given stopped working. I set it up before I went to bed and charged it while I slept. It was working great, captured my workout and everything. Since getting to work though, it will count steps, floors, and distance, but when it syncs, it goes back to some previous counts on steps, floors, and distance, but keeps logging active minutes and calories burned. Heart rate is being read also. I'm hoping it's a glitch in the newest update and will be fixed soon. If not, I'm done with Fitbit and will be going with an Apple Watch.

I expect all of our issues are from not getting heart rate as that is important factor in calories and active minutes.
Check 'Heart Rate' didn't somehow get turned off. Swipe left to 'Settings'; scroll down to 'Heart Rate' and be sure it is set 'On'.
