Calories in and out decrease when checking past days

The food CICO meter is broken in the IOS app. In the morning, if you go back a day, the app will tell you that you over-ate based on your budgeted loss plan. But, for some reason, as the day progresses, when you look at past days, the CICO counter changes. The CICO counter for past days should NOT be changing at all.

Hi there, @CSPayton.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and sharing a picture of your Fitbit app. I've moved your post to the iOS App board as this is more of an issue than an idea for our products. That being said, may I know if this affects only your calories in and out? Or does it happen when checking other stats? Have you tried updating the Fitbit app to see if that makes a change?

Because your post didn't mention, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Tap the You tab at the bottom of the Fitbit app
  2. Tap the tile with your name and make sure your demographics (birthdate, sex, height, or weight) are correct.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Go back a day and check if your details get displayed correctly.
