Hi I was wondering if there is a way to delete all the data on my Fitbit account so I can restart earning awards etc again but keep my same account (same email address)? If so, how so?

Hello @Countryangel and welcome to the Help forum. I looked at your profile and see that you are a long time user. That's a lot of data and I'm not sure that you can delete it. The only way I know of being able to use the same email address is to delete your Fitbit account, then start over. That bad news is that it can take up to 90 days for the whole process to work. How do I delete my Fitbit account?
Also, Fitbit discourages cross posting. I see you asked the same question in the iOS forum. I am merging your threads to help keep all the answers in the same place.

From phone app 'Today' screen,
Profile pic > Account Settings > Delete Data
I've never tried it, and don't know what prompts or options you get after that.

@Countryangel The advice offered by @JohnnyRow won't be much help. The Delete Data option looks like it is metric by metric. To delete everything, it looks like you would need to delete steps, then distance, etc. It looks like you can delete a year at a time. It is five years, I looked. Also, deleting data doesn't delete badges or trophies.
