Can I reconnect my old fitbit to my account?

My little sister had been tampering with my apps, and she recently found her way into my fitbit app. She tampered with the settings, and she seemingly "disconnected" my fitbit from the app, as her story is told. Is there a way I can still reconnect the same fitbit into my account?
