Can I remove the "Community Feed" tab?

It used to be that the "Friends" tab had preference but since this week or so a new, very annoying, "Feed" tab seems to be the default tab if I select "Community". Can I change this in some way?

We really appreciate our members's input and feedback and I would like to thank you for yours. Our team is always looking to improve the Fitbit experience and I would like to encourage you to check @MBiedz's suggested idea to change the way the Community Tab displays information.

Feel free to share your suggestion with your friends and family to add more votes and comments, this is the best way to make your voice heard and get the attention from our development team.

Thanks for the pointer. @MBiedz' idea fits the bill nicely but it hasn't had any traction inside Fitbit for almost 2 years it seems... I do wonder though why I only encounter this since last week or so; until now I've never seen that third tab (and I update the app fairly religiously)

(Oh and please *do not* set your reply as the "Accepted Solution" since there isn't a solution for this issue yet)

I appreciate you have come back and provided your feedback about the suggested feature. Please note that this idea has already been reviewed by our team, however the development cycle varies from feature to feature, it varies based on a number of factors and usually includes an internal planning period, which is why sometimes new features may not appear as quickly as you would like. 

Please note that in the Community, only other members can mark a post as a solution. If another member finds a post useful, they can mark it.

I’m looking for the solution can you tell me how to remove the feed of strangers? Why do we always have to connect with strangers? Please advice. I have read other posts where you insist on repeating that we have to vote or something but don’t seem to remember most people will never come vote or even see this site. Listen to the people telling you to stop the feed.

Please note that the best way to make your voice heard in order to get an idea or feature added to the Fitbit app or Fitbit devices is through a Feature Suggestion board. Our development team monitors this board constantly to get new ideas from our Community. 

You're more than welcome to post your own suggestion here and share it with your friends and family in order for the suggestion to get more votes and comments, or if you prefer, vote and comment on an existing one.
