Can I set a different time in iPhone and have Charge 2 to follow?

Hi all,

 

I am new to the group as I just bought the Charge 2 linking to my iPhone 7.  I get used to setting my iPhone time 10 min in advance. As such, normally appearing in everyone's watch is 8:50, it will show as 9am in my iPhone (I used to read time from the mobile)

 

i did the same but I realised the Charge 2 will not sync with my MacBook regardless the time is 10 min in advance or later.

 

i have been using same trick for my (it is personal choice)work to make sure I won't be late for anything meeting. 

 

i however find that I can't do that with the combination of iPhone and the Charge 2. It just keep on un sync.  Anyway, I would really rather if I can set the time in my iPhone and have the Charge 2 to make as task.
