Can not link second fitbit

Wife anf I each received fitbits for xmas. Linked hers with her laptop and Galaxy 7 with no problem. When I try to link my fitbit to my desk top and my Iphone 4s, It loads her account on my phone and my desk top and will not let me open a new account. Very frustrated. thinking of returning it to store if I can not get help to make it work.

You need to sign out of her account. Both on your phone and laptop.

Then it should work. You need to set your account up with a different email address.

 

We use different browsers on our Computer. Saves us from loging in and out and the confusion of thinkng something is wrong.
