I installed the app on my iphone 6 but was never able to log in. I am asked systematically to check that my email and password are correct (they are). I am able to log successfully onto the dashboard with the same credentials. I've read similar threads regarding same issue and tried several things but nothing helped. Can someone provide some help please? Thanks!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @SunsetRunner! My advise is to contact our support team for assistance, let them know you are able to log in on the Dashboard with the same credentials and confirm you are having issues logging in only with your iOS app, also if you are receiving any error message whey trying to log in please let them know to save some time.
