I'm having this same recurring problem. I then saw that I needed an OS update on my iphone, which I did (was suppose to do so automatically overnight, but didn't because it said I had an alarm set, but I didn't have an alarm set--weird). Also started getting weird text messages that said like Wanda replied to Mando (or something) on Fitbit. I don't text or have any community members on Fitbit. So after seeing these weird texts, I was unable to access the Fitbit App (getting the Unable to Download Item Please try again later). I did the iphone OS update, restarted my phone, and restarted my Fitbit. What else do I need to try?
