Can't access Inspire HR cumulative exercise data in the app

With the new Fitbit app, I can no longer access weekly, monthly or yearly cumulative exercise data from my Inspire HR.  I am very unhappy about this. How can I get at this data?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version by following these steps.

  3. Clear your iPhone cache: How to Clear Your Browser's Cache on an iPhone.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
