Can't access any detailed info on the Fitbit app

Hi since downloading the update I can’t access any detailed info on my app.

ive tried resetting my phone. Any ideas please?

Same issue here.. no access to details, only main pge comes up.

Same here. Started a walk/run activity log today and it started fine but halfway through it stopped logging and now will not let me access anything other than the main screen.

Thanks for letting me know that the Fitbit app doesn't allow you to access your details. This shouldn't be happening and to work on this together please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Check your details one more time.

If the issue persists, let me know the model of your iPhone and the iOS/software version so I can look into this.
