Any iOS users having problems accessing the Premium feature “Advance Sleep Analytics” after this update? I have tried using 3 different iPhones (different models) and the app always crashes when I click to open this advance report.
It does work normally when I use my boyfriend’s android phone.
I wonder if I’m the only one suffering from this problem or it is a general thing. Want to make sure before I return my Versa 😞

Hi there.
Unfortunately no, the problem has not been solved. All I got was an answer through email saying: ”iPhone 7 is in our list with compatible devices, so the app and watch should function smoothly. We are hoping this information helps you get the most out of your Fitbit-device!”
Meaning I got no help at all because although you claim the feature should work on iPhone 7 it clearly doesn't work on my. I also ran a test using my work phone, which is a new iPhone X, and the same problem happens. I simply can't access the “Advanced Sleep Analytics” and I’m definitely not happy with the support attitude with my case.
So either there is a problem with my Versa 3 when syncing with iOS app or there is a problem with the app. Either way, I’m not getting what I paid for and this kind of answer for support isn't helping.

Thank you for sharing. I’m really upset because I only bought the device for this function and I’m having the same issue. If I get the same response as you I will have to return the device.
