I just factory reset my versa 2 to try to fix another issue I was having. I am not able to add it back to my Fitbit app. I’ve tried pretty much everything, I removed all of my devices, I turned my Bluetooth on and off, I’ve logged out of the app, I turned my phone on and off, I restarted the Fitbit, I even tried deleting and re-downloading the app. Nothing has working, I keep getting the notification saying “something went wrong”

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend confirming that you've removed your watch from the Bluetooth settings on your phone: on your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
