Can't add flex to my iPhone app

I'm having the same issue but the reset directions above did not work. Up to about a week ago, my flex was working fine. Then, it wouldn't sync. I tried many tricks I saw online, and then I finally deleted my device off my iPhone and then tried to reinstall but it keeps saying there is nothing to connect. I do not have any other trackers and I tried the paper clip idea. Any other advice????
