I'm using iOS on iPhone and my partner is using Android on his phone. I have tried to add him and he has tried to add me as a friend but we do not receive any notification of a friend request in our notifications. We have already tried reinstalling the app and logging back in.
I also can't add him to my Fitbit Aria 1 scales. I've tried sending the invitation from my phone app AND from my computer, and he has tried accepting the invitation from his email on his phone AND from his computer but no matter what combination, the link comes up with the screen to confirm adding the device, when he clicks the confirmation button it just redirects to his dashboard/profile page and the device doesn't get added (the device isn't in his list and according to my account his invitation is still pending and not accepted).
I've looked at many, many posts in this community about this that say "solved" but none of them actually seem to be solved. I appreciate your help on these 2 issues.
