Can’t change the clockface on Versa 2

Hi

 

I’m having a problem with my Versa 2 where I try to change the clockface and the Fitbit logo shows on the screen for a few seconds then it reverts back to the clockface I previously had. Very annoying.

I’ve tried to restart the phone and watch and unpair and re-pair watch to phone and even factory reset watch, and still having a problem.

I'm getting this too, support have been no help with this issue on my Versa

 

The iOS app is stuck 'switching' a watch face for two weeks now and nowhere in the app is there the facility to cancel - who designs a download option without a cancel function.

Tried rebooting tried reinstalling, nothing still stuck and nothing on the website in my account here either.

 

Very bad system design.
