My iPhone app for my versa won’t allow me to look at details fo exercise, sleep, heart rate etc.  Can get top level data but not next level down.  Have tried turning phone on and off.  Still nothing.

Hi @Ms_lizzie, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I am sorry to hear you can't check the details for exercise, sleep, heart rate etc. in the Fitbit app. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Same on HR 3.  Only weight showing. No option to add others.  Have force quit and restarted.  Didn’t work.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @ardy3.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing. I appreciate your efforts to resolve this. I recommend confirming if your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.

2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.

3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

You can confirm the steps to add tiles on your Fitbit app dashboard at

Keep me posted on the outcome. I'll be around if you have any questions.

Hi @ardy3, thank you for your reply.

I am glad to hear you got your stats back. If your tracker wasn't paired to your Fitbit account, you won't see your stats for this period. You can log the activity manually as described in How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?

I hope you continue enjoying the Fitbit experience without any issues and working on your goals.
